~ P90X Week 1 ~

How was your first week of work outs?

Mine started strong with three in a row...then took the plunge....better next week.

Been watching portions and what goes in my mouth, so that's good.

Work outs this week: 3
Inches lost: 0.5
Goal Inches: 3
Diet this week: pretty good

  1. My workouts were terrible....get this --> work out = 1 ... yup 1 time. However, I'm moving and cleaning like crazy. So we'll count scrubbing cabinets for 3 hours as well. My diet was good, and I lost 1/2 a lb. Hopefully better next week!

  2. I am pretending this week did NOT happen. No pounds gained, though, so I could have done worse ;)
