Bright n Shiny

Though the dentist was not where I wanted to be on Wednesday....I had two moments there that I am grateful for.

First...M said I'm all bright and shiny again....that has not been an easy process,  but I have found myself...finally.

Second,  I had a short chat with E.  My heart aches for her,  I've been there.  Not totally the same,  but the hard choices, choosing what you have to do,  I feel for you.  What I realized on my drive home after that chat,  is that I didn't leave because I didn't love him,  I left because I didn't love me when I was with him.
