At least I'm not an Ophiu...what?

Did you know that your sign had changed?  I just found out today....seems that all this time I've been a Capicorn, and now due to the earths alignment I'm a Saggitarius.  Now this is a problem,  because Saggitarius takes some thought to spell.  I sound it out in my head while I type it.  That is not going to work out for me.

So has my personality changed with the shift of the earth??!!  Let's find out.

Capricorn on the outside is a cool, calm, reserved individual with powerful inner strength who possesses the innate ability to rise to the top through unflinching conviction and sheer perseverance. (yes,  this is true,  unflinching for sure)  This is a rather stoic (what does stoic mean?)  person who more than anything else enjoys power (She-Ra Princess of POWER), respect, (on your knees little people) and authority,  (off with his head)   and who is willing to toe  (toe the line?  did they mean tow the line?  This was a bad site to copy and paste) the line for as long as it takes to achieve his goals. Inwardly, however, Capricorn may not be the self-confident pillar of strength that she appears to be,  (don't tell anyone)   and when her power or authority is compromised, she may make flawed decisions that could cause everything she has worked for to go down in flames in a spectacular way (flames,  not just down,  but in flames)   - think Richard Nixon or Mel Gibson. (umm,  I don't think those are good examples.)   Even so, the Capricorn personality is one that is firmly grounded in reality and who will consistently be the voice of reason in a chaotic world. (remember that,  voice of reason...) She understands why the rules are in place and conforms accordingly. (uh,  I think this is meant for someone else)   Though she may seem unfriendly, arrogant, or without humor to outsiders,  (define Outsiders...) Capricorn is inwardly quite warm and sympathetic, often with a surprisingly quick wit.  (thats right,  warm and sympathetic...)  Capricorn's general outlook is fairly rigid, and once she forms a view of the world, she will often stubbornly hold on to that view despite compelling evidence to the contrary. (bring me your compelling evidence )  She may also be subject to a degree of pessimism, often seeing the glass as half empty rather than half full.  (what?  what do you mean? )  Socially, Capricorn is inhibited and uncomfortable in new situations, approaching others at first with caution and suspicion.  (that's me behind the mask,  with the look of suspicion)   As far as money is concerned, Capricorn approaches finances as she does everything else - with prudence, planning, and discipline. As such, there are not many Capricorns on the bottom of the barrel in society.  (Don't look for me at the bottom of the barrell)

Okay,  let's see if the earth's alignment is right....

Sagittarius is the traveler of the zodiac and considers every day an opportunity for another adventure. (bring it on....) This is a cheerful, spontaneous, and idealistic individual with an exceptional sense of humor. (exceptional!)   Though there is not a malicious bone in her body,  (not even one)   Sagittarius often suffers from foot-in-mouth syndrome,  (what?  that's not true.... hee hee)  giving honest assessments where a little tact might suit the situation better, (listen,  if you can't take it,  go home....)  then dancing merrily away with nary (nary?) a thought as to how her comments have negatively affected others. (I don't know that there is much dancing)   Though not considered particularly deep by friends and acquaintances, Sagittarius does think deeply about the big picture, such as why she is here and where she is going, and can often see the end results with almost prophetic accuracy. (prophetic people...thats right,  prophetic)  As a lifelong seeker of knowledge, Sagittarius will likely be quite well-read in a variety of subjects, and will be equipped with a well-developed philosophy in which she maintains unshakable faith. (go ahead,  ask me anything....oh,  too late,  too bad)   Sagittarians retain almost a child-like quality throughout their lives, always remaining optimistic and never fully accepting the seriousness inherent in day-to-day living.( why be serious?) Obviously, this degree of child-like naivety coupled with borderline reckless spontaneity can and does cause problems for some Sagittarius individuals, (oh,  hmmm)   but if things don't turn out well, they will dust themselves off and cheerfully jump to their next adventure without any serious regrets.

Hmmm,  maybe this was a bad exercise.
